David Chung emigrated from Korea in 1995 and opened the first store in 1996 right here in Vancouver. The Tiffany chain of stores is named after his wife Tiffany. One of their most popular and sought-after designer brands is Morilee Madeline Gardner. At any point during the day, you can see happy and hopeful faces at the store browsing through numerous racks of breath-taking gowns. Tiffany’s Vancouver Bridal has a solid collection of designer wears and they get their design feedback/knowledge/reports from vendors, suppliers & wholesale distributors.

Vancouver is home to several bridal stores, but why should you go to Tiffany’s in particular? For starters, they are quite the pioneers in the industry. They have been in the business for 23 years and have build up quite a name and reputation here. Here’s a fun trivia for you – did you know the popular TV shows Flash and Arrow have rented over 200 bridal gowns from Tiffany’s in the past? If nothing else, let their Google reviews speak for their unmatched selection & services. They offer unparalleled customer service and have managed to build exceptional customer relationships over the years.

Lloyd Chung, the current owner and chief consultant at the store had a funny story to share with us. He recalled how this one time, a bride brought 10 people with her for a consultation where she tried at least 10 dresses. “After 2 hours of trying 10 different gowns, family arguing and bickering away with different opinions, she didn’t even end up buying anything!” says Lloyd. It’s always advisable to come for the dress appointment with maximum 2-3 people, anything beyond that becomes a crowd and too confusing on your part to pick a dress. The to-be bride eventually returned alone to the store a week later and ended up purchasing her dream gown!

Summer is usually the wedding season, hence the months from December to February are the busiest times of the year at Tiffany’s as the to-be bride/groom take at lease 5-6 months for preparation. They offer Storage facilities for only $30 for your precious gown from the day it arrives at their store till the day you decide to pick it up. If your gown needs a little nip and tuck here or there, they even offer in-house alteration services. Apart from that, they offer after-wedding steaming & cleaning services as well.
